You're locked in on Sports Desk, let's get into it.
Caleb Williams is no longer a question mark — he's the answer. The Fox Sports quarterback notebook is putting it plainly: Williams has erased every doubt, and the narrative around the former number one pick has officially flipped. The kid is playing with command, and the league is taking notice.
Shifting to the ice, and Nikita Kucherov walked back into Amalie Arena carrying the weight of a trade request — and Tampa Bay faithful met him with open arms and a sign reading "We stand with Kuch eighty six." He responded with two assists in a four to two win over Detroit. That's a complicated situation handled with real class on both sides.
And speaking of comebacks, the Winnipeg Jets just pulled off something that almost never happens. Down four goals to Montreal, they stormed back to win five to four in overtime on Dylan Samberg's game winner — snapping a nine game skid in the most dramatic fashion imaginable. The Jets needed a pulse, and they found one in the loudest possible way.
That's your play-by-play. Sports Desk, back to the booth.
