The two thousand twenty six season cannot get here fast enough for Chiefs fans.
Meanwhile in Cleveland, Jerry Jeudy walked into training camp and immediately turned up the temperature. When a fan on a live stream asked which quarterback he wanted under center, Jeudy flashed four fingers, a clear nod to Shedeur Sanders, who wears number four. With Deshaun Watson and Sanders set to battle for the starting job, the last thing the Browns needed was their highest-paid receiver picking sides before a snap has been taken.
And down in Miami, the Marlins are in full freefall. San Diego rallied with four runs in the eighth inning, powered by home runs from Manny Machado and Jackson Merrill, to beat Miami five to three on Sunday. That loss extended the Marlins' losing streak to twelve straight, a new franchise record nobody in that organization wanted to set.
