You're tuned in to Sports Desk, let's get after it.
The Boston Bruins are on the road tonight, making the short trip to Pittsburgh to face the Penguins in one of just two away games Boston has on the books this November. The B's rallied in their last outing and they'll be looking to carry that momentum into enemy territory against a Penguins squad that never makes it easy.
Shifting to the NFL, Baltimore Ravens fans are about to get their first real look at Joe Fagnano under the lights on Thursday Night Football against Jacksonville. The twenty-five year old undrafted rookie spent seven seasons navigating the college football landscape before landing in Baltimore, and tonight he steps into the spotlight with the whole league watching.
And in Pittsburgh, DK Metcalf is facing some uncomfortable scrutiny through the first eight games of the two thousand twenty six season. The Steelers are sitting at six and two, but Metcalf's catch rate has dipped compared to last year while a teammate is quietly outpacing him in efficiency. The talent is undeniable, but the numbers are opening up a real conversation in that locker room.
That's your play-by-play. Sports Desk, back to the booth.
