The NFL trade deadline is still weeks away but the speculation is already running hot. ESPN is flagging ten names worth watching, with Arizona potentially open to moving Marvin Harrison Junior or Josh Sweat, and teams like the Bears and Raiders circling as potential buyers. November tenth cannot come fast enough.
Shifting to the hardwood, the Dallas Wings head into Chase Center tonight for Game three against Golden State, and Arike Ogunbowale needs to be everything for this team. Dallas has yet to win at that building this season, and with their backs against the wall, this is must-win basketball in every sense of the phrase. Watch for Arike to shoulder that load.
And over in Denver, Eli Manning is defending Bo Nix after another rollercoaster performance from the second-year quarterback. The Broncos keep digging holes then clawing out of them, and Manning, who knows a thing or two about clutch moments, says there is something real here beyond luck. Whether Denver can build consistency around those late heroics remains the question.
That's your play-by-play. Sports Desk, back to the booth.
