The AI model trust problem is becoming a real enterprise headache. Arena CEO Anastasios Angelopoulos says companies are paralyzed trying to figure out which AI models are actually reliable, flagging skepticism toward both frontier labs and Chinese open-source offerings. That uncertainty is a business opportunity in itself, and Arena is positioning squarely inside it.
Staying in AI, Wedbush analyst Dan Ives says we are only in the third inning of the AI revolution, and he's using that framing to argue the recent pullback in names like Nvidia is a buying opportunity rather than a warning sign. Ives has been one of the more consistent bulls on this trade, and his message to investors right now is essentially: the infrastructure build-out has years to run.
And on the software engineering side, developer Andrew Caldwell says AI now generates roughly eighty percent of the code he ships. He credits the tools with letting him cross into mobile development after years focused on web work, but he's also clear that human oversight and code review have become more critical, not less. The skill set is shifting, even if the job title hasn't.
That's the tape. Markets Desk, signing off the floor.
