Brandon Aiyuk showed up at forty-niner headquarters Friday, arriving by van with agent Drew Rosenhaus to meet with the front office and work toward a resolution. Aiyuk says he's back to one hundred percent, but his time in San Francisco appears to be over — his next chapter still very much unwritten.
Shifting to Formula One, and the two thousand twenty six Brazilian Grand Prix is already delivering drama at Interlagos. Friday practice saw Ferrari stumble badly, with Charles Leclerc slotting sixth and seventh on the timesheet in what the team called their worst Friday result of the season. Meanwhile, rookie Rafael Camara called his first taste of a twenty twenty six F1 car "very special" as he prepares for his debut Grand Prix weekend with Haas — a young driver stepping into one of the sport's biggest stages for the very first time.
And in high school volleyball, Bay Port out of Wisconsin is making history. The third-seeded Pirates dismantled second-seeded Kimberly in three straight sets — twenty-five to twenty-two, twenty-five to sixteen, twenty-five to twelve — to reach their first ever Division One state championship match. They face top-seeded Divine Savior Holy Angels Thursday night.
That's your play-by-play. Sports Desk, back to the booth.
