You're tuned into Sports Desk, let's get into it.
Derrick Henry keeps rewriting the record books, moving into seventh place on the NFL's all-time rushing list Thursday — a remarkable personal milestone that arrived in the middle of a difficult stretch for the Baltimore Ravens offense. Henry keeps producing even when the team around him is searching for answers.
Meanwhile, LeBron James heads back to Cleveland on Friday, but the reception figures to be complicated. He chose Philadelphia over the Cavaliers in free agency, and now he walks into that building wearing a Sixers uniform. Whatever you think of the decision, the storyline writes itself, and every eye in the league will be watching that arena.
And in college football, UTSA walked into Thursday with real College Football Playoff momentum and walked out with a thirty-one point loss, getting absolutely dismantled by Florida Atlantic to the tune of sixty points. The American Conference race just got flipped on its head, and UTSA's playoff hopes took a serious hit they may not recover from.
