Sergio Perez is staying put in Formula One, and Cadillac didn't waste any time making it official. Checo signed a multi-year extension ahead of his home race in Mexico that keeps him with the American outfit through at least two thousand twenty nine. A serious commitment from a team still finding its footing on the grid.
But while Perez is locked in, his teammate Valtteri Bottas is in a very different position. The Finn returned to racing this season after a year on the sidelines as Mercedes' third driver, signing on with Cadillac under a multi-year deal — but the team has yet to trigger the contract option that would keep him there in two thousand twenty seven. That uncertainty is real, and it's worth watching.
Shifting continents, Christian Pulisic is planting his flag in Milan for the long haul. ESPN reports the twenty-eight-year-old USMNT star is set to sign a new deal with AC Milan running through two thousand thirty one. After establishing himself as one of Serie A's most dangerous attackers, this extension signals the club sees him as central to everything they're building going forward.
