In college football, South Carolina delivered a stunner, knocking off number eleven Tennessee on the final play of the game. Malik Orsan split the uprights from forty-eight yards out as time expired, giving the Gamecocks their second straight conference win and sending Tennessee home with a loss they'll be thinking about all week.
Shifting north to the Big Ten, Minnesota pulled off another late-game miracle of its own, taking down number fifteen Iowa thirteen to ten. Luke Drzewiecki's forty-six-yard field goal as the clock hit zero was the difference, and the Gophers just sent shockwaves through a conference race that was already plenty complicated heading into the final stretch of the regular season.
And down in Tuscaloosa, number thirteen Alabama found a way to close it out against Texas A&M. Keelon Russell was the story, throwing three touchdown passes including two in the fourth quarter alone to seal a thirty-one to twenty win. The Crimson Tide looked shaky early but Russell took command when it mattered most, and Alabama remains firmly in the playoff conversation.
That's your play-by-play. Sports Desk, back to the booth.
