**Nehemiah 6:14** โ€” *"O my God, remember Tobiah and Sanballat for what they have done, and also Noadiah the prophetess and the other prophets who tried to intimidate me."*

Nehemiah doesn't unravel. He doesn't retaliate. He prays.

Notice what he does *not* do โ€” he doesn't abandon the wall, doesn't confront his accusers publicly, doesn't spiral into bitterness. He names the opposition before God and returns to the work.

This is covenant wisdom in its most practical form: when false voices crowd the gate โ€” whether from enemies outside or voices claiming spiritual authority โ€” the shepherd's response is not defense, but surrender to the One who sees all.

Noadiah carried a title. She spoke with apparent authority. Yet her words were designed to weaken, not build.

Scripture reminds us that not every prophetic voice deserves your fear โ€” only your discernment.

Walk with God long enough, and you learn the difference between a word that builds the wall and one meant to topple it.
