Scripture reminds us that the table is often where God does His most enduring work — not in the spectacular moment, but in the long hours that follow it. Eutychus was restored, yes. But the church still needed to be fed, steadied, and sent forward.
The shepherd does not leave when the night grows long. He abides with the flock until light comes.
