**Ezekiel 2:1** — *"Son of man," He said to me, "stand up on your feet and I will speak to you."*
Ezekiel is on the ground — undone by the weight of God's glory — and the first thing the Lord does is call him upright. Not to shame him. Not to rush past the encounter. But because the Word that follows requires a standing man.
There is a covenant pattern here worth holding: God does not speak His commission into our collapse. He raises us first. The posture precedes the purpose.
