**Mark 6:37** โ€” *"But he answered, 'You give them something to eat.'"*

Five thousand hungry people. Twelve disciples doing the math. Two hundred denarii โ€” roughly eight months of wages โ€” and it still wouldn't be enough.

Jesus didn't dispute their arithmetic. He redirected their gaze.

The disciples were stewards of what they *didn't have yet*. That is the posture Christ calls us into โ€” not waiting until our resources match the need, but placing what little we hold into His hands and trusting the multiplication to Him.

Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:19 that God supplies according to *His* riches, not ours. The disciples' poverty was never the obstacle. Their hesitation was.

Consider the small loaves you're holding back โ€” the conversation you've delayed, the mercy you've measured, the gift you've deemed insufficient.

Walk with open hands. Let the Shepherd do what only He can with what you surrender.
