**Ezekiel 32:9** โ€” *"I will trouble the hearts of many peoples, when I bring about your destruction among the nations, in countries you do not know."*

God spoke these words over Egypt's proud Pharaoh โ€” and the ripple did not stop at Egypt's borders. Distant nations, uninvolved peoples, felt the tremor. This is the weight of a fallen empire: its collapse troubles hearts far beyond its own walls.

Stewards of influence, take note. What we build โ€” or what we allow to crumble โ€” does not affect only us. Covenant faithfulness or covenant neglect sends waves. Egypt's pride became the grief of strangers in lands she never visited.

Walk carefully with the authority entrusted to you. The shepherd who abandons his flock does not simply lose sheep โ€” he troubles the whole valley.

Scripture reminds us: our choices carry further than we see, and God's sovereign word reaches every shore.

*Let the weight of that responsibility settle quietly today.*
