**Deuteronomy 11:14** โ€” *"then I will provide rain for your land in season, the autumn and spring rains, that you may gather your grain, new wine, and oil."*

The farmer who plowed cracked ground in October had no guarantee of harvest โ€” only covenant. Israel understood rain not as weather, but as God's faithfulness made visible in soil and sky.

Notice the precision here: *autumn and spring rains.* Not one season, but two โ€” the softening and the ripening. God does not hurry the harvest, nor does He abandon the field between rains.

Walk with that image into your own season of waiting. The covenant God who calibrated rainfall for ancient Canaan is the same God who tends what He has planted in you.

Scripture reminds us: provision arrives in season, not on demand โ€” and the steward's call is to remain faithful in the dry stretch between the rains.

There is grace in the waiting ground.
