David stood before the priest Ahimelech, hungry and on the run — yet even in desperation, he reasoned from a posture of holiness. The ordinary mission already demanded consecration. The extraordinary moment demanded even more.

Stewards of God's grace often face the temptation to lower the standard when the pressure rises. David's logic runs the opposite direction: *if holiness mattered then, how much more now.*
Let us reflect on the missions we consider "common" — and whether we are walking into them with the consecration they deserve.
