**Exodus 40:14** โ *"Bring his sons forward and clothe them with tunics."*
Aaron's sons did not dress themselves for the priesthood. Moses clothed them. The preparation was not self-initiated โ it was received, conferred, covenanted.
This moment at the Tabernacle threshold carries weight for every steward called into service: we do not manufacture our own readiness. The tunic was given. The role was given. Even the access to the holy place was given.
Scripture reminds us of the same pattern in Galatians 3:27 โ *"all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ."* And again in Colossians 3:12 โ *"clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility."*
The clothing always precedes the work. The grace always precedes the walk.
Consider the stewardship you carry today โ and whether you received it with open hands, or assumed it was yours to take.
Walk with that.
