**Psalms 102:25** โ€” *"In the beginning You laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands."*

The psalmist writes this from the ash heap โ€” worn down, days shortened, bones burning (v.3). Yet his gaze lifts to the One whose hands shaped every constellation before sorrow ever entered the story.

This is not abstract theology. This is a suffering man anchoring his soul to the permanence of the Creator while his own world feels anything but permanent.

The foundations were laid before your crisis arrived. The heavens were fashioned before your fear took shape. What God built at the beginning, no grief dismantles.

Scripture reminds us that the same hands that set the earth in place are the hands that hold the covenant โ€” and hold you within it.

Let us reflect on this: the God who stewarded creation from nothing is more than sufficient for whatever you are carrying today.

Walk with that.
