**1 Chronicles 15:20** โ *"Zechariah, Aziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maaseiah, and Benaiah were to play the harps according to Alamoth."*
Eight names. One assignment. The word *Alamoth* โ likely meaning "young women's voices," a high register โ tells us David didn't simply gather musicians. He *placed* them with precision, each person calibrated to their instrument, their range, their moment.
This is covenant stewardship in its most practical form. God does not call us generically. He assigns us specifically โ to a register, a role, a people, a season.
Ephesians 4:16 reminds us that the whole body is "joined and held together by every supporting ligament," each part doing its work. And in Exodus 31:3, God fills Bezalel with skill *by name*, for a specific task.
You were not placed where you are by accident. Walk faithfully in your Alamoth โ your particular calling, your given range.
That faithfulness becomes worship.
