**Acts 7:28** โ€” *"Do you want to kill me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday?"*

A stranger's words โ€” and Moses fled.

What strikes me here is not the accusation itself, but what it revealed: Moses believed his act of deliverance was hidden. It was not. And when exposure came, he ran โ€” not toward God, but away from everything.

Yet Scripture reminds us that God was not finished with Moses in that moment of shame. The wilderness ahead was not punishment; it was preparation. Forty years of shepherding sheep before shepherding a nation.

Beloved, the thing you thought buried โ€” the failure, the hidden act, the moment you are not proud of โ€” God has seen it. And He has not abandoned you because of it.

He is the Shepherd who finds His sheep precisely in the wilderness they fled to.

Let us reflect on what it means to be known fully, and loved still.
