**Psalms 109:30** โ€” *"With my mouth I will thank the LORD profusely; I will praise Him in the presence of many."*

Notice what David does not do here โ€” he does not retreat to a private chamber to whisper his gratitude. He declares it *profusely*, and he does so *publicly*. The Hebrew behind "profusely" carries the weight of abundance, even excess โ€” praise that spills past what feels socially comfortable.

There is a pastoral challenge embedded in this covenant posture: our culture has largely privatized faith, treating gratitude toward God as a personal matter best kept quiet. Yet David understood that public praise is itself a form of testimony โ€” it shapes the community around us, not merely the condition within us.

Walk with that conviction today. Let your gratitude be spoken aloud, in the presence of those who need to hear that God is worthy.

Scripture reminds us that silent thankfulness, however sincere, was never the full picture.
