**Exodus 4:19** โ€” *"Now the LORD had said to Moses in Midian, 'Go back to Egypt, for all the men who sought to kill you are dead.'"*

Moses had been tending sheep for forty years. Not praying at an altar โ€” tending sheep. And it was there, in the ordinary labor of Midian, that God cleared the path home.

Notice the precision of this word: *all* the men who sought to kill you are dead. God had been working in Egypt while Moses worked in the wilderness. The obstacle Moses could not remove, the LORD removed โ€” quietly, without announcement, across decades and distance.

This is the covenant character of God. He does not forget the assignment He gave you. He does not forget the obstruction standing between you and it.

The door you stopped watching โ€” He never stopped tending it.

Walk with that today: the ground may shift before you ever take a step.
