**Matthew 19:12** โ€” *"For there are eunuchs who were born that way; others were made that way by men; and still others live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it."*

Jesus names three distinct callings here โ€” and none of them are accidents. He is not offering a hierarchy. He is testifying to the sovereign variety of God's design for human life.

Paul would later echo this in 1 Corinthians 7:7 โ€” *"each of you has your own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that."*

The one who sojourns through life unmarried for kingdom purposes is not lacking. The one who dwells within covenant marriage is not settling. Both are held within the same mercy.

What silences us is often what God has appointed as our particular grace to carry.

Let us reflect on the gifts we have been given โ€” not the ones we assumed we deserved.
