**Romans 15:7** โ€” *"Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring glory to God."*

Paul wrote this to a fractured Roman church โ€” Jewish believers and Gentile converts rubbing shoulders, each convinced the other was doing faith wrong. His remedy was not a committee or a compromise. It was a posture: *receive one another the way Christ received you.*

Christ did not accept you after you cleaned yourself up. He accepted you mid-mess, mid-doubt, mid-wandering. That is the standard Paul sets before us โ€” not tolerance, not polite distance, but the same costly, covenant welcome extended to us at the cross.

The glory of God, Paul says, depends on this. Not on our theology alone, but on whether our tables look like His.

Walk with someone today whom you have kept at arm's length โ€” and let that act of mercy testify to what grace has already done in you.
