**Exodus 3:7** โ€” *"The LORD said, 'I have indeed seen the affliction of My people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their oppressors, and I am aware of their sufferings.'"*

Three deliberate verbs. Seen. Heard. Aware.

God does not say, "I have received your report." He speaks as One who has been present โ€” watching, listening, holding every detail of a suffering He did not cause but refused to ignore.

Israel had been silent in Egypt for generations. No prophet, no burning bush, no recorded word from heaven. Four hundred years of waiting that could feel like abandonment.

Yet the silence was never absence. The Shepherd had been there the entire time, accounting for every brick laid under the taskmaster's rod.

Whatever season of silence you are walking through today โ€” covenant faithfulness does not require a burning bush to be real.

Let us reflect on what it means to be *known* before we are *rescued*.
