**Numbers 34:12** โ€” *"Then the border will go down along the Jordan and end at the Salt Sea. This will be your land, defined by its borders on all sides."*

There is something quietly profound in the precision here. God did not hand Israel a vague promise โ€” He drew lines. The Jordan. The Salt Sea. Named landmarks. Measurable boundaries.

This is covenant language made geographic. The same God who calls us into relationship also defines the shape of that relationship โ€” not to confine, but to clarify. A shepherd who names the pasture is one who knows it intimately.

We sometimes resist boundaries as if they diminish grace. But Scripture reminds us that definition is an act of love. To say *this is yours* is to say *I have prepared it for you*.

Consider the borders God has drawn around your own calling โ€” the specific gifts, the particular season, the named community where you are placed to dwell and steward faithfully.

The lines He draws always lead somewhere holy.
