**Leviticus 24:3** โ€” *"Outside the veil of the Testimony in the Tent of Meeting, Aaron is to tend the lamps continually before the LORD from evening until morning. This is to be a permanent statute for the generations to come."*

Aaron did not tend the lamps when it was convenient. He tended them *continually* โ€” through the darkest hours, before any congregation arrived, before anyone would notice.

This is the hidden work of faithful stewardship. The covenant required presence before it required performance. The light had to burn before worship could begin.

Scripture reminds us that God does not call His servants to visible ministry alone โ€” He calls them to the quiet, consistent tending of what He has placed in their care. The lamp that burns through midnight is the lamp that greets the dawn.

Consider the unglamorous faithfulness in your own life โ€” the prayer no one sees, the service no one applauds. By grace, that too is holy work before the LORD.

Walk with that truth today.
