**Revelation 5:7** โ€” *"And He came and took the scroll from the right hand of the One seated on the throne."*

Picture the weight of that moment. Every angelic host silent. Every sealed destiny held in one hand โ€” and then the Lamb steps forward.

This is not a passive God watching history unfold. This is Christ, the worthy One, *taking* what belongs to Him. The scroll is not handed over reluctantly. It is received by right โ€” by blood, by covenant, by conquest over the grave.

We sometimes abide in uncertainty as though no one holds the scroll of our days. Yet Scripture reminds us that the same Lamb who stepped forward in that throne room is the One who shepherds your specific, named, beloved life.

Sovereignty is not distant architecture. It is a hand reaching forward.

Let us reflect on what it means to rest โ€” truly rest โ€” in the care of the One who holds all things.
