**Leviticus 7:36** โ *"On the day they were anointed, the LORD commanded that this be given them by the sons of Israel. It is a permanent portion for the generations to come."*
The priests did not negotiate their provision. They were anointed โ and in that same moment, God established their portion. Not provisionally. Not contingent on performance. Permanently.
This is the covenant logic of God: calling and provision arrive together. Aaron did not first prove himself worthy of the portion, then receive the anointing. The anointing *was* the declaration of worthiness โ and God backed it with permanent supply.
Walk with that truth today. What God has commissioned, He has already resourced. The steward does not scramble for what the Shepherd has already set aside.
Scripture reminds us that the One who anoints does not forget to provide.
Let us reflect on where we are striving to earn what grace has already secured.
