**Hosea 14:5** โ€” *"I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like the lily and take root like the cedars of Lebanon."*

Dew does not announce itself. It arrives in the quiet hours, unseen, and by morning the ground has received what it needed.

This is the covenant promise spoken over a people who had wandered โ€” not a reward for their return, but the character of the God they returned *to*. The lily blooms briefly, brilliantly. The cedar roots deeply, enduringly. Both images in one verse โ€” God's grace producing both beauty and stability in the same soul.

The farmer does not manufacture dew. He simply positions himself to receive what falls.

Walk with that image today โ€” not striving to bloom, but remaining open to what God quietly deposits in the still hours, trusting that both the blossom and the root are His work in you.

*By grace, the dew still falls.*
