**Deuteronomy 1:32** โ *"But in spite of all this, you did not trust the LORD your God."*
Moses is recounting history to people who *lived* it. The cloud led them. The fire guarded them at night. Manna appeared each morning. And still โ distrust.
This is not a rebuke aimed at strangers. It is a covenant family failing to receive what the Shepherd has already proven.
The pattern is older than the wilderness and closer than we care to admit. Evidence accumulates. Faithfulness is demonstrated again and again. Yet the soul hesitates, bargains, and reaches for its own provision.
Scripture reminds us that trust is not born from the absence of evidence โ it is the daily decision to let what God has already done speak louder than what we cannot yet see.
Consider the ways His past mercy is calling you to present confidence. That testimony is not behind you โ it is beneath you, holding still.
