**1 Chronicles 5:21** β€” *"They seized the livestock of the Hagritesβ€”50,000 camels, 250,000 sheep, and 2,000 donkeys. They also took 100,000 captives."*

Numbers this precise are rarely accidental in Scripture. The chronicler counts every camel, every sheep, every soul β€” because God counts them too.

This was not a lucky raid. Verse 20 tells us they cried out to God in battle, and He answered because they trusted in Him. The abundance recorded here is the overflow of covenant faithfulness β€” stewardship returned to those who first surrendered their cause to the Shepherd.

Notice: the chronicler does not let the victory blur into vague triumph. He names what was received. Gratitude, by grace, is often most honest when it is specific.

Walk with that today β€” the blessings you can name, the mercies you can count, the moments where God's faithfulness left a number you can actually recall.

Let us reflect on what we have left uncounted.
