**Acts 18:27** โ *"On his arrival, he was a great help to those who by grace had believed."*
Apollos didn't arrive in Achaia with credentials or fanfare. He arrived with a letter โ and a calling confirmed by community. The brothers in Ephesus had already witnessed his gifting and sent him forward. That act of endorsement mattered. It opened doors that eloquence alone could not.
Scripture reminds us that fruitful ministry rarely travels alone. Apollos was helped by Priscilla and Aquila before he helped others. Grace received becomes grace extended โ this is the covenant pattern woven through the whole of Acts.
Consider the believer in your circle who is resolved to step forward into something new. They may need less critique and more of what those Ephesian brothers offered: encouragement, a word of introduction, a door held open.
By grace we believed. By grace we are sent. And by grace, we steward those who come after us.
