**Leviticus 8:26** โ *"And from the basket of unleavened bread that was before the LORD, he took one cake of unleavened bread, one cake of bread made with oil, and one wafer, and he placed them on the fat portions and on the right thigh."*
Three distinct elements. One deliberate act. Nothing was improvised at the altar.
Moses followed a precise consecration order โ each bread type carrying its own meaning, each placement intentional. The unleavened spoke of purity. The oil-bread, the Spirit's anointing. The wafer, complete surrender. Together, laid upon the portions set apart for God.
Consecration is never casual. Aaron did not approach the LORD with whatever was convenient. He brought exactly what the covenant required, arranged exactly as the Shepherd directed.
Scripture reminds us โ what we offer God reflects what we believe about Him.
Walk with that today: the care we bring to our worship testifies to the weight we place on the One we worship.
