**Leviticus 1:12** โ€” *"He is to cut the animal into pieces, and the priest shall arrange them, including the head and fat, atop the burning wood that is on the altar."*

Nothing was hidden from the altar. The head โ€” seat of thought and will. The fat โ€” the richest, most prized portion. Every piece arranged deliberately, openly, before God.

This is what wholehearted worship has always required: not a curated offering, but a complete one. The Israelite worshiper could withhold nothing. The priest arranged it all โ€” the honorable and the hidden alike โ€” and the fire received every part.

Scripture reminds us that God has never been satisfied with the presentable portions of a life. He is a covenant God who calls His beloved to offer the whole of themselves โ€” mind, will, abundance, and all that we quietly keep back.

Consider the pieces of your life you have not yet placed on the wood.
