**Jeremiah 48:30** โ€” *"I know his insolence," declares the LORD, "but it is futile. His boasting is as empty as his deeds."*

Moab had built its identity on pride โ€” on altitude, ancestry, and self-sufficiency. God sees through every layer of it. Not with contempt, but with sovereign clarity. He *knows* the insolence before the boast even forms on the lips.

There is something sobering here for the steward who carries influence. Titles, platforms, accomplishments โ€” none of these escape His gaze. The LORD does not evaluate by volume or visibility. He measures by covenant fidelity and the quiet weight of obedience.

Empty deeds make noise. Faithful ones often do not.

Scripture reminds us that what God calls futile, no amount of confidence can redeem โ€” and what He calls worthy, no amount of opposition can diminish.

Walk with that truth today. Let it settle where pride quietly lingers.
