Shifting to the auto sector, Ford posted a notable earnings lift thanks to a one-point-three billion dollar tariff refund booked in its quarterly results. The pressure came from expectations that Thursday's weekly EIA storage report will show an injection of eighty three billion cubic feet, well above the five-year seasonal average, signaling that supply is comfortably outpacing demand and keeping a ceiling on prices.
