**John 11:37** โ *"Could not this man who opened the eyes of the blind also have kept Lazarus from dying?"*
The crowd stood at the tomb, grief raw, logic sharp. They had witnessed sight restored to blind eyes โ they knew what Jesus *could* do. And yet here was death, uninterrupted.
This is not unbelief speaking. This is the ache of those who *know* God's power and still cannot reconcile His silence with their suffering.
Scripture reminds us that Jesus wept *before* He raised Lazarus (John 11:35). He did not rebuke the grief or dismiss the question. He entered it.
The Father's mercy is not measured by what He prevents โ it is revealed in what He redeems. Lazarus would walk out of that tomb not despite the waiting, but *through* it (John 11:44).
Walk with that truth today โ the One who could have stopped it chose something greater.
