A warning for Android users tonight: the third-party app store APKPure has been caught distributing a malicious copy of Telegram. Security researchers flagged the tampered app, which appears legitimate but carries hidden code. Shifting to the high seas, Spanish shipbuilder Navantia has unveiled a design for a crewless warship called the Large Autonomous Surface Vessel, or LASV seventy-five. Built by the company's UK arm, the vessel is essentially a large armed drone for the ocean, designed to work alongside conventional naval ships in what Navantia is calling a hybrid navy. Whether it fits neatly into any current military requirements, though, remains an open question.
