In the telecom space, Bernstein analyst Laurent Yoon has pulled his buy recommendations on all major carriers, citing what he calls a prolonged period of volatility ahead. The culprit is SpaceX, whose satellite ambitions Yoon believes pose a structural, not cyclical, threat to traditional wireless providers. That's a significant call from a major house, and it signals the Street is beginning to price in competitive disruption that doesn't resolve in a quarter or two.

The national cash corn average edged up to four dollars forty-one and a half cents. That's the tape. Markets Desk, signing off the floor.
