Stephen A. Smith is fired up, and this time it's not about LeBron. The outspoken ESPN personality called out an NFL player as a quote classless sore loser following week four of the two thousand twenty six season, a week that saw the unbeaten Buffalo Bills fall to the stuttering New England Patriots in what was one of the bigger upsets of the young season. Smith made clear he expects more professionalism from grown men in the league.
Shifting to the transfer market, seventeen year old French defender William Mirwasser is generating serious buzz across Europe. The Hong Kong FC starter has reportedly visited the facilities of Everton, Blackburn Rovers, and French side Strasbourg as he looks to make his move back to European football. At just seventeen, the attention he's drawing from multiple leagues says everything about his ceiling.
And over in Turin, Juventus brass were doing their homework in Bologna. Directors Giovanni Carnevali, Marco Ottolini, and club legend Giorgio Chiellini were all in the stands watching Italy knock off Turkey three goals to one, with their eyes fixed specifically on midfielder Alessandro Romano. Juventus are clearly building a shortlist, and Romano just put his name near the top of it.
